Our History

Adam is one of the founders of High Level Design with skills in multimedia consisting of video editing, 3D design and animation, graphic design, video tracking, and video compositing, which are used to create interactive animations, motion graphic videos, and realistic rendered environments.  He has more than 10 years of both field related and education instructional experience, when employed as a Graphic Artist for StomperNet, Video Editor for Cartoon Network, Design instructor for Westwood College, Graphic Designer for HA&W, Multimedia Instructor for the Art Institutes of Atlanta, and currently as an Instructor of Design for multiple universities.  Today, in addition to college level teaching, as the role of Marketing Manager for High Level Design, Adam is responsible for all direct communication using social networking resources.  Adam holds both a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Digital Animation from the University of Georgia, and a Masters of Fine Arts degree in Animation and Visual Effects from the Academy of Art University.

Shaun is one of the founding members and trained in multiple graphic mediums.   Shaun earned his first design position at the age of 14 when employed as an apprentice with a sign and print studio. Since becoming a graphic designer at a young age, he has grown into a highly qualified graphic artist with focus in website development, graphic design, and both 2D and 3D animation.  Shaun now has more than 30 years of digital design experience through working as a Lead Artist of Graphic Design with Dynamic Design, Design Tutor for Westwood College, and as the Graphic Arts Instructor for Rockdale Career Academy.  Shaun earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Animation from Westwood College and a Masters of Fine Arts in Animation and Visual Effects at the Academy of Art University.

Gregory is a Graphic Design Professional with expertise in corporate identity, branding, print, and presentational design.  His instructional and student counseling skills support real-world work experience within the graphic environments of advertising, studio, freelance, and corporate marketing.  Gregory has worked as a Graphic Designer for Rosser International, Communications Manager for Jones Worley Design Consultants, Senior Art Director for WebMD Corporation, Graphics Art Director for the Arthritis Foundation, as a self-employed entrepreneur throughout his design career, Design Instructor at the Art Institutes of Atlanta, and as a Program Chair Administrator for the School of Design at Westwood College.  Gregory has a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Georgia, and a Masters degree in Higher & Secondary Education from Argosy University.

Christopher has more than 25 years of experience directing, managing sales, marketing, operations, and merchandising at regional and corporate levels for both start-up and established retail companies.  With his motivational management style for sales teams, distributor networks, and online marketing representatives, Chris is highly qualified in contract negotiation, budgeting and expense control, merchandising, and Information Technology Management for Network Infrastructures.  He holds a Ph.D from the University of California, a Masters from Howard University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from North Carolina Central University.

Robdeula is one of the founders of NJOI Entertainment and works with High Level Design to support all video production, graphic design, and motion graphics.  Robdeula is a self-motivated designer with significant years of related experience in all aspects of creative design, brand development, strategy implementation, and resource utilization for high-profile clientele.  Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a history of efficient promotional strategy implementation and significant advertising success while developing high-quality client relationships, focused through media deliverable and effective team collaboration.  Robdeula holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from Westwood College.
